Hi! I’m Addie Vela and I’m so happy you’re here!
As a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Counselor-in-Training based in Austin, TX, I help women reconnect with their strength, regulate their nervous system, and build a relationship with movement rooted in nourishment.
My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that true transformation happens when we address the whole person — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach blends strength training, nutrition coaching, and therapeutic principles through relational coaching to help women feel strong, grounded, and at home in their bodies.
With a background in psychology and ongoing graduate work in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring a trauma-aware, behavior-change-focused lens to everything I do. I draw from person-centered therapy, nervous system regulation, and holistic fitness practices to support sustainable, lasting change from the inside out.
After years in corporate tech and becoming a mom in 2022, I felt the toll that stress, disconnection, and burnout can take on the body and mind. Through my own healing journey, I discovered how the combination of fitness, mental health practices, and the power of nutrition could help me live a fuller, more authentic life. That experience became the foundation for Soul Fit Collective — a nurturing space where women can rebuild strength, restore trust in themselves, and feel deeply supported.
Today, I work with clients both in person in Austin and online through app-based programming and one-on-one coaching. Soul Fit is more than a mind-body wellness company — it’s the heart of my mission to help women feel safe and nourished in their bodies, supported in their growth, and strong enough to live fully and authentically.
